How long does custom fabrication take?
Turnaround depends on the product, quantity, material availability, finishing, artwork approval and production schedule. We confirm a project-specific lead time after the brief is reviewed. Do not treat an event date entered on the website as a delivery commitment.
Can you fabricate a design outside the listed sizes?
Yes. The listed dimensions are starting points. Share sketches, reference photos, the available space and how the display will be used. Feasibility and final dimensions are agreed before production.
Which steel gauge do you use?
Steel sections and sheet thicknesses are selected for the size, loading, intended environment and assembly. Final specifications use millimetres; any gauge reference must identify the applicable standard. There is no single gauge suitable for every product.
Can you match our company branding?
